By Road
From the North
Proceed down the A55 to junction 11. Follow signs for Betws-Y-Coed (A5 South). Stay on A5 for about 4 miles which will take you through Bethesda. After going over a bridge (still in the 30 m.p.h limit) take the next road to the right sign posted Industrial estates and Penrhyn Quarry Railway.

From the South

Proceed North up the A5 Sign posted Bangor. After entering the 30 m.p.h speed restriction for Bethesda, turn left sign posted Penrhyn Quarry Railway and Industrial estates.

Final Approach
Follow the road over the bridge and round to the right. You will go round a sharp 'S' bend (please take care on this bend) after a few hundred yards there will be a tall slate block retaining wall on your right, the road will then bend to the right. On that bend there is a turning to the left (Red telephone kiosk on the corner), go up that road which comes out on top of the slate block retaining wall.
Once on site proceed straight ahead you will see the cycle path in front of you, drive down it and into our car park. If the car park is full please park along the slate  fencing on your left on your way into the site.

By Bus

The closest bus stop is 'coed y Parc' which is served by Llew Jones Coaches. Route 6A

After Alighting at Londis Bethesda, Walk down the side of Londis (Station Road), and keep left. After a few hundred feet you will see a tarmacked foot path in front of you. Continue on this path round to the right,  bear left onto the bridge over the river and continue up the rocky path. Keep going straight on until you meet the main road. Turn left and walk along the grass verge. You will see straight ahead of you a narrow road way climbing to the top of the slate block retaining wall. By Train

Our closest railway station Bangor. All North Wales coast trains to Holyhead stop at Bangor. There is a fairly regular service from Chester. (every 30 minutes or so).

After arriving at Bangor please see our directions by Bus, or alternatively use the taxi service from the station
